The 12 October priority: for Hanoi ticket buyers only

The two «2026 永恒开端 Desire 4 演唱会» shows in Hanoi (11–12 July 2026, Vietnam Exhibition Center) were cancelled by the organiser for reasons of force majeure. This Ultimate Encore opens a priority purchase to the people who bought those tickets:

• Each Vietnam show bought gave one priority purchase.
• Bought one show and used no priority yet: one more priority purchase.
• Bought two shows and used one: one more.
• Used them all: not eligible this time.
• Vietnam buyers’ Hi-Bye benefits are redeemed at this Hong Kong show; how is to be announced.

When a show is cancelled, what happens to tickets and travel in general: postponed and cancelled shows.

The plan and the six prices

A T-shaped stage at one end of the hall, a diamond at the end of the runway (the tour builds its stage as a diamond ring):

• VIP, HKD 1,988 (pink): the middle floor block wrapped round the T stage, and two narrow strips beside it. VIP holders join the Hi-Bye.
• A, HKD 1,788 (light blue): the long blocks either side of VIP.
• B, HKD 1,488 (yellow): the middle block behind VIP and the side blocks behind A.
• RV, HKD 1,188 (dark blue): the two front corners of the outer blocks, by the stage, a restricted view.
• C, HKD 1,188 (orange): the back block, behind the FOH desk.
• D, HKD 688 (green): the two back corners.

RV and C cost the same: RV is closer, C sees the whole stage head-on. The booking form on the show page lets you pick tiers straight off this plan, several in order of preference.

Collecting tickets and getting in

• Tickets bought on Damai (MAISEAT): on the day, show the ticket QR code in MAISEAT at the exchange point for a paper ticket before going in. Order pages and screenshots are not accepted.
• Where and when to exchange: not yet announced.

AsiaWorld-Expo sits right next to Hong Kong International Airport on Lantau. AsiaWorld-Expo station is the end of the Airport Express line, one stop after Airport, so you can fly in on the day and go straight to the hall. Check Hong Kong’s visa rules for your passport before buying; paying with a foreign card: paying for tickets abroad.
