Open about every booking
Tao Meo publishes the confirmations from the bookings we have landed, so you can look through them and check them. You can see them on the Booking Confirmations page, and open the original post on our Facebook page where there is one.

- Sending a request does not yet mean an order is confirmed or that you have a ticket.

- Tao Meo does not promise that every booking succeeds.
- You are told the service fee before you confirm the booking.

Tao Meo helps you book tickets to international concerts, fanmeetings and fancons: at the on-sale time we queue and buy online for you on each show’s official platform, then guide you through collecting the ticket or receiving the e-ticket. Every booking we land comes with a public ticket confirmation. The shows we are taking bookings for are on the Upcoming shows page.

We suggest contacting Tao Meo at least 24 hours before the on-sale, so we can advise you and get your booking ready in good time. Each round has a limited number of slots, so popular shows usually close their list early. Each show’s on-sale time is on the Upcoming shows page.

The total is the ticket’s face value, the platform’s fee where there is one, and Tao Meo’s service fee. The service fee depends on the show and is quoted before we begin, with nothing added later. If we don’t get the ticket, you get back 100% of what you paid, deposit included, so it costs you nothing. Ask about the fee for your show on the Contact page.

No. Nobody can promise a ticket: there are only so many, and many platforms let people into the queue in random order rather than first come, first served. What we promise is someone in the queue on time with everything ready, a clear result, and every cent you paid back if there is no ticket. The rounds we have booked are on the Booking Confirmations page.

Not yet. A message or the form commits you to nothing: we reply whether we can take the show, with the service fee and an estimated total. The booking starts once you agree and pay the deposit, and a ticket counts as booked only when you receive its confirmation from the ticketing platform. Any questions, ask on the Contact page.

As soon as there is a ticket, we send you the confirmation, captured from the ticketing platform’s own confirmation screen. Every ticket confirmation is also posted publicly in the album on our Facebook page and mirrored to the Booking Confirmations page, so you can check it against the original.

Usually not: tickets are bought on each show’s official platform, and we help with the booking; we are not the organiser or an agent of any platform. Now and then we do have spare tickets: a few bought over for a customer after a small slip or a detail that came through wrong, or a fan who needs to pass theirs on.
