We suggest contacting Tao Meo at least 24 hours before the on-sale, so we can advise you and get your booking ready in good time. Each round has a limited number of slots, so popular shows usually close their list early. Each show’s on-sale time is on the Upcoming shows page.

The total is the ticket’s face value, the platform’s fee where there is one, and Tao Meo’s service fee. The service fee depends on the show and is quoted before we begin, with nothing added later. If we don’t get the ticket, you get back 100% of what you paid, deposit included, so it costs you nothing. Ask about the fee for your show on the Contact page.

No. Nobody can promise a ticket: there are only so many, and many platforms let people into the queue in random order rather than first come, first served. What we promise is someone in the queue on time with everything ready, a clear result, and every cent you paid back if there is no ticket. The rounds we have booked are on the Booking Confirmations page.

Not yet. A message or the form commits you to nothing: we reply whether we can take the show, with the service fee and an estimated total. The booking starts once you agree and pay the deposit, and a ticket counts as booked only when you receive its confirmation from the ticketing platform. Any questions, ask on the Contact page.
