Yao Xiaotang 姚晓棠 concert seating plan at Arena of Stars, Genting: where VIP and PS1 to PS4 are, and the Genting Rewards prices

The official plan

The stage is at one end of the hall. The seats are in three rows of blocks: by the stage, in the middle, and at the back. Three entrances, Gate C, Gate B and Gate A (left to right, seen from the back), sit on the cross aisle between the middle and back rows. The organiser notes it is a perspective view, not to scale, and that every area is numbered seating.

Every tier, section by section

• VIP · RM828 (orange), section VA: four narrow blocks in a row right in front of the stage, split by the VA aisle. The closest row to the stage.
• PS1 · RM648 (pink), section GA: the two largest blocks, in the centre right behind VIP, split by the GA aisle. Straight at the stage.
• PS2 · RM488 (yellow), two places: section RA is the two blocks at the ends of the front row, either side of VIP, close but at an angle; section YN is the two large blocks in the centre of the back row, right past Gate B, split by the YN aisle, with the control panel in the corner of the left block by the centre aisle.
• PS3 · RM368 (purple), section BA: two long blocks set at an angle either side of PS1, slanting towards the stage.
• PS4 · RM248 (blue), section BN: two large angled blocks in the back corners, plus two small blocks between them and YN, by Gate C and Gate A.

On the plan, seats left of each centre aisle are numbered 2xx and those to the right 1xx (201 and 101 either side of the GA aisle), which helps you read your e-ticket once it has a seat. The plan marks wheelchair places at the front of the two YN blocks by the aisle; the sales page does not say how to buy them, so ask the organiser first.

Choosing a tier

The plan is not to scale, so this is a reading of the layout, not a promise about the view:

• Closest to the stage: VIP. The fewest seats, usually first to go.
• Straight on and still close: PS1, the two blocks right behind VIP.
• PS2 is a coin toss between two places: RA is close but at an angle, YN further but straight on. You cannot choose; the system assigns.
• On a budget: PS3 either side of PS1, or PS4 in the back corners.

Settle on a fallback tier before the sale: your first choice can sell out while you are in the queue.

Getting Tao Meo to book the tier you want

Tell Tao Meo your first tier and a fallback; on the show page you tap the plan to pick, several tiers in order of preference if you like. Or message Tao Meo (we suggest at least 24 hours before the sale, so there is time to advise and prepare). If we do not get your tickets, you get back 100% of what you paid, deposit included.
