HIEUTHUHAI’s MẮT NHẮM MẮT MỞ CONCERT • DAY 3 in Hanoi: seven tiers, membership presale 5 October, general sale 6 October

What has been announced

• Event: MẮT NHẮM MẮT MỞ CONCERT • DAY 3, a concert by HIEUTHUHAI, the Vietnamese rapper. Organisers: GERDNANG × DatVietVAC.
• Date: Sunday 1 November 2026, 18:30–21:30 (per TicketBox, read 23 Oct). Ages 14 and up.
• Venue: Sân Bắc (the North Field), Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Đông Anh, Hanoi (an open-air field for up to 50,000 people, according to VietnamPlus).
• Sales: TicketBox only. Step by step in our TicketBox guide.
• Membership Presale: Monday 5 October 2026 at 10:00 Vietnam time (11:00 in Malaysia and Singapore), 2 tickets an account, for HIEUTHUHAI OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP holders who completed the survey.
• General Sale: Tuesday 6 October 2026 at 10:00 Vietnam time (11:00 in Malaysia and Singapore), 4 tickets an account, open to everyone.
• Tiers and prices: seven, from 1,600,000 VND (Mái Nhà) to 25,000,000 VND (Gác Mái Eye 2 Eye), on the seating map the organisers published on 3 October. The list is below.

The seven tiers and their prices

• Gác Mái Eye 2 Eye (seated): 25,000,000 VND.
• Gác Mái (seated): 12,000,000 VND.
• Ban Công (seated): 4,000,000 VND.
• Tâm Trí (standing): 3,000,000 VND.
• Hành Lang (seated): 2,800,000 VND.
• Sân Trước (standing): 2,000,000 VND.
• Mái Nhà (seated): 1,600,000 VND.

Tâm Trí and Sân Trước are standing; the other five are seated, with numbered seats. The map gives a price per tier and says nothing about fees.

The membership presale: the survey is compulsory

The 5 October round is not for every member but for members who completed the survey. The notice spells out each step:

• Who can take the survey: only those who hold a membership on hieuthuhai.ai.
• When: it opened at 10:00 on Wednesday 30 September and closed at 23:55 on Friday 2 October 2026 (Vietnam time), with the members’ registration gate. Anyone who did not take it cannot join this round, but can still buy in the general sale on 6 October.
• What it gives you: access to the presale, nothing more. In the organisers’ words, completing the survey does not guarantee a ticket; the presale runs in a fixed window and can sell out.
• Limit: 2 tickets an account.
• Presale buyers may buy again in the general sale the next day.

The notice says nothing about joining the membership now or what it costs; that is on the membership site (hieuthuhai.ai now redirects to hieuthuhai.mfan.vn). A member who took the survey buys on that same account.

The general sale on TicketBox: waiting room and random queue numbers

• The waiting room opens at 9:45, 15 minutes before the sale. At 10:00 on Tuesday 6 October everyone in it is moved to the queue page with a random number.
• Random means joining at 9:45 or 9:59 makes no difference, while joining after 10:00 puts you behind everyone who was in the room. Being there in those 15 minutes is enough; logging in at dawn does nothing.
• 4 tickets an account. A bigger group needs more accounts, one person queueing on each (see buying for a group).
• Payment: TicketBox takes Vietnamese domestic cards and e-wallets, with prices in đồng; the hold at checkout lasts only minutes, so be logged into your banking or wallet app before 10:00. See buying concert tickets in Vietnam.

What the first two nights tell you

Day 1 and Day 2 ran on consecutive nights, 1 and 2 August 2026, at Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium (1 Lữ Gia, Phú Thọ ward, Ho Chi Minh City), also on TicketBox, and Tuổi Trẻ reported them as sold out. Day 3 moves to a far larger open-air field, so there are more tickets, but prepare as if they go in minutes: two rounds, per-account limits and a random queue are how organisers share tickets out when demand exceeds supply.

Dates to remember (Vietnam time, UTC+7)

• 30 Sept (Wed), 10:00: the members’ survey opens.
• 2 Oct (Fri), 23:55: the survey and the members’ registration gate close.
• 3 Oct (Sat): the organisers publish the seating map and the seven prices.
• 5 Oct (Mon), 10:00: membership presale, 2 tickets an account.
• 6 Oct (Tue), 9:45: the general-sale waiting room opens; 10:00: general sale, 4 tickets an account.
• 1 Nov (Sun): the show at Sân Bắc, VEC, Hanoi, 18:30.

Before 10:00 on 5 or 6 October

• Members who took the survey: buy on that same account.
• A TicketBox account, created and logged in before the day, with the email and phone number that will receive the tickets checked.
• One device, one browser: join the waiting room between 9:45 and 10:00 and leave the page alone; do not reload.
• Decide the number of tickets, the tier and a second choice beforehand (seated or standing, close to the stage or a numbered seat) so you can confirm within the checkout hold. Where each tier is: the seating map.
• Payment ready: banking or wallet app logged in, with enough limit.

If you want someone to queue for you

The presale is tied to the member’s account that took the survey, so it can only be bought on that account; who sits in the queue at 10:00 on 5 October is your decision. The general sale has no condition beyond a TicketBox account and the 4-ticket limit.

Message Tao Meo before 5 October to agree which account the tickets go on, how many, and who joins the waiting room. We do not promise tickets; nobody can with a random queue. Every booking we have landed is on our booking confirmations page.

After it sells out

If Day 3 sells out like the first two nights, resale offers will appear the same day, and scams with them. The organisers have not published rules on transfers or ID checks at the gate; the show page will say when they do. Before paying anyone, read how to avoid ticket scams.
