Concerts at Unifi Arena Bukit Jalil: the seating plan by section and row, the view from each block, getting there, doors and what to bring

Getting there

• LRT (recommended): Sri Petaling line to Bukit Jalil station, then follow the crowd and the signs (a few minutes’ walk). After the show, trains are packed for 30–45 minutes.
• E-hailing: easy in, hard out. Demand spikes and fares surge the moment the show ends. Set a pickup point away from the gates, or walk to the station.
• Driving: paid parking around the complex, slow to exit after a big show. Arrive early for a spot near the main exit.

Doors and what to bring

Doors usually open 90 minutes to two hours before start; fan-benefit collection (such as the Kampung Kia packages) and merch counters open earlier and queue long.

Bring your ID (some shows check the name on the ticket) and a screenshot of your ticket QR; signal inside a full arena is unreliable. Usually not allowed: professional cameras with interchangeable lenses, umbrellas, bottles and cans, outside food. Check the promoter’s notice for your show.

Unifi Arena seating plan: sections and row numbers

Two tiers wrap the floor: the lower tier, sections 301 to 322, and the upper tier, 401 to 420, a balcony behind a white rail. For an end stage, as on the maps of LANY, Westlife, ONE OK ROCK and Ele Yan, the stage stands at the 309–316 end: 301–304 and 401–404 face it, 305–308 and 405–408 run down one side, 317–322 and 416–420 the other, and the sections behind the stage (309–316, 409–415) are usually not sold. The floor is set out per show: seated blocks for Westlife, standing for LANY and ONE OK ROCK, VIP blocks 201–206 for Ele Yan.

Row numbers: the lower tier runs A to R, the upper A to N, with no I or O; row A is at the floor (lower) or at the rail (upper). The front rows of some lower sections are sold apart as VIP packages, so a section’s page may start at B or C. On one side the lower tier is shallow: 318 has seven rows (A–G), 319 six (A–F), with glass-fronted suites behind them (the Royal Box and the media area). The view and distance from each block

Measured on Tao Meo’s Unifi Arena 3D seat map (every row and seat from those seat pages), from a row’s middle seat to the edge of an end stage; estimates, and stages differ from show to show.

• Lower tier facing the stage (301–303): about 60 m (row B) to 71 m (row R), level with the stage to about 6 m above it. Straight on.
• Closest stands (307 and 318): about 22–30 m, but side-on. The sections right beside the stage (308, 317, 408, 416), when sold, watch from the edge: a fan’s video from 408 has the stage just to the right, with the speakers and screens hung at its side in the line of sight.
• Upper tier facing the stage (401–403): about 71 m (row A) to 82 m (row N), 9–18 m above the stage: the farthest, straight on. The upper corners 404 and 420 are about 67–77 m; from 404 the whole stage and its screens are in view on the diagonal, the performers small.
• Sides: the nearer a side section is to the stage, the closer and the sharper the angle: 306/319/320 about 37–52 m, 406/418 about 40–49 m, 405/419 about 54–63 m.
