What happens after you send a message
Plenty of people read and then do not message, because it is unclear what messaging commits them to. Short answer: nothing. Here is every step, and precisely where you become bound.
Step 1. You message. Nothing is committed
You send the show, the tier you want, how many. "Not sure which tier" is a fine answer too.
This step binds you to nothing. No payment, no promise, and stopping here costs you nothing. The form is the same thing, slower.
Step 2. We answer whether it is possible
The first answer is not a price, it is whether we can take the job. Some shows we cannot, and saying so here is better than accepting and failing.
If we can, you get the service fee, an estimated total including face value, and when the list closes.
Still not binding. If the price is not worth it to you, that is a fine place to stop.
Step 3. You agree and pay a deposit. This is where it binds
This is the first real commitment. Deposits exist for a plain reason: at the on-sale someone has to spend real money on a ticket, and cannot carry the risk of a customer changing their mind once it is bought.
Before paying one, be sure you know the fee, the deposit, and what happens to the deposit if no ticket is found. If those three are not clear, do not pay (with anyone, not just us).
Step 4. The on-sale
Nothing is required of you. We queue and buy online at the on-sale time for you, to the agreed plan, and keep you updated while it runs.
This is the part you are paying for: not watching a clock, not discovering a declined card mid-countdown.
Step 5. Ticket secured: confirmation first, payment second
When there is a ticket you get the booking confirmation first, and settle the balance after. The order matters: you pay against evidence rather than a promise.
That screenshot also goes up on our booking confirmations page, so it is both your evidence and the record the next customer checks.
Step 6. Getting the ticket
Depends on the show: an e-ticket passed to you, or instructions for counter collection. This should be settled back at step 2, because it can dictate your travel dates.
If no ticket is found
No ticket, no order. You are told plainly rather than left waiting, and Tao Meo refunds 100% of what you paid, deposit included.
That is worth pinning down before paying, with any service.
Frequently asked questions
Entirely. Asking is a normal step and commits you to nothing. Anywhere that gets prickly about it is somewhere to avoid.
Yes. Say your budget and what you are hoping for; the tier can be settled later. Messaging early matters more than messaging completely.
We suggest contacting Tao Meo at least 24 hours before the on-sale, so we can advise you and get your booking ready in good time. Accounts and payment details take time to prepare, and lists usually close beforehand.
