Orders we do not take, and why
A service that accepts every job either does not understand the work or does not intend to do it. Here is where the answer is no, with reasons you can check rather than take on trust.
Shows sold by lottery
Common in Japan. You register within a window and a draw decides who may buy.
A mini queue does nothing here: there is no queue to enter early, and extra devices do not change the odds. Charging for something that makes no difference is selling what does not exist.
The only thing that matters is registering correctly and on time, and that part you can usually do yourself.
Tickets tied to the attendee’s ID and checked at the door
Some markets issue named tickets and check ID against the name at entry. Mainland China is the clearest case, and some Korean shows do it too.
The ticket then has to be in the attendee’s name from the moment of purchase. If you cannot supply those details, or the show forbids buying on someone else’s behalf, the ticket will be refused at the door. Having a ticket you cannot use is worse than having none.
Messaging too close to the on-sale
Platform accounts take time to create and verify; payment details need preparing and testing. An hour before the on-sale is usually too late to do the job properly.
Taking that order would be charging for far worse odds than you think you are buying.
The show has already sold
Once the on-sale is over there is no queue left to join. What remains is buying second-hand, which is a different job with a different risk profile.
We do not resell tickets and do not buy on the resale market for anyone. If you need a ticket for a sold-out show, read the guide on the resale market to understand the risk you would be taking.
Anything requiring details you should not hand over
If a show can only be bought using your own banking login or an OTP, that is not a job to accept. Nobody should hold your OTP, including a service you trust.
The right shape there is you handling the payment step yourself, with help on the rest.
Why say any of this
Because it is checkable. You can verify it yourself: does your show use a lottery, does it check ID at the door. That is in the show’s own announcement and does not depend on trusting us.
And because a refusal with a specific reason is more credible than an unconditional yes.
Frequently asked questions
You will be told directly in the first reply, with the reason. If another route is workable (entering a lottery yourself, or getting help only with payment), it will be suggested.
Read the show’s official announcement, the on-sale and entry sections. If it mentions a draw, or ID matching the name, it likely falls into one of the above.
