Reading a fan meeting benefits table: what ALL, Random 40, photo 1:2 and hi-touch really mean
A benefits table looks like an exam paper: tiers across the top, a run of English words down the side, and in each cell only “ALL”, “Random 40” or a dash. Paying 4,000 baht more to move up a tier may buy a sure photo session, or only one more lottery ticket. This guide translates every line of three real tables from sales in October 2026 (Lovers & Gangsters, BOSSNOEUL CROSSOVER and HYOLOGRAM) and works out what each step in price buys.
Two symbols decide everything: ALL and Random
- ALL: every ticket in that tier gets this benefit. Buy it and you have it.
- Random (N): only N tickets in the tier are picked by draw, results announced later, usually on the organiser’s social media. Buying it is not a guarantee.
- A dash or an empty cell: that tier does not get it.
Real examples: at Lovers & Gangsters the hi-touch is ALL for the 2,500-baht tier, while the hand-signed photocard is Random 500 in that same tier, results on 28 October on GMMTV’s social media. At HYOLOGRAM the fansign is Random 40 in the RADIANCE tier and the meet & greet is ALL.
One detail that is easy to skim past: at Lovers & Gangsters a single seat can win only one benefit from the draw.
Photo 1:2, 4:2, 1:10 (what the first number is)
The tables do not explain the notation, but the usual reading is fans : artists in the frame. BOSSNOEUL CROSSOVER has three kinds of stage photo: 1:2 (one fan with two artists, ALL in the 8,900-baht tier), 4:2 (four fans with two artists, Random 40 people in the 4,900-baht tier) and 8:2 (eight fans, Random 20 people in the 2,500-baht tier). With the same two artists, the more fans in the frame the cheaper the tier and the less time each of you gets.
HYOLOGRAM turns it around: there is one artist, so photo 1:1 is one fan alone with the artist (ALL in the top tier), and group photo 1:5, 1:10, 1:20 is one artist with five, ten or twenty fans (the BLOOM, SHINE and GLOW tiers). The same rule, the other way round: the more fans, the lower the tier.
Hi-touch, hi-session, meet & greet, soundcheck
- Hi-touch: up on stage, touch hands with the artists, then leave the hall at once. ThaiTicketMajor describes it exactly so for Lovers & Gangsters, and those who did it come back in at the general doors.
- Hi-session: up on stage to wave hello to the artists, by the same rules as the earlier “hi-bye”, then out of the hall. A step below hi-touch: no hand contact.
- Meet & greet: meeting the artist in person. HYOLOGRAM lists it as ALL for the top two tiers but has not published how it will run; do not imagine too much before it does.
- Soundcheck: watching the artists’ sound rehearsal before the show. BOSSNOEUL lists 15 minutes; ALL in the 8,900-baht tier, 40 people by draw in the 4,900-baht tier.
- Mini greeting: a short meet with songs; at Happy BUSDAY it is two songs in about fifteen minutes.
Wider terms, K-pop concerts included: concert terms.
Hand-signed or digital?
“Signed” is not one thing: the three tables separate two kinds.
- Lovers & Gangsters: a hand-signed photocard (Random 500, collected at the registration desk) and a digital-autograph photocard (every ticket). A hand-signed winner does not get the digital one.
- BOSSNOEUL: a signed poster (the 8,900-baht tier) against a digitally signed poster (the 4,900 and 2,500 tiers).
- BOSSNOEUL’s live stream: a signed e-card with every pass.
Do not weigh “signed” and “digitally signed” as equals. The collector’s value is entirely different, and it is often the biggest part of the price gap between two neighbouring tiers.
The day has its own schedule for benefits
Benefits usually have their own registration window, earlier than the doors, and missing it forfeits them:
- Lovers & Gangsters: benefit registration at the venue 11 AM–4:30 PM, doors for benefit holders 4 PM, hi-session then hi-touch start at 4:30 PM; general doors 7 PM, show 8 PM. Miss the registration or fail to be in the hall in time and the benefit is waived, but you still see the show.
- At BOSSNOEUL, a winner of a stage activity who does not turn up forfeits it on the spot.
With a benefit, your deadline is not the doors but the registration window. A show’s day hour by hour: Lovers & Gangsters, hour by hour.
Working out which step in price is worth it
The neatest rule: count only the ALL part when you decide. A draw is a bonus: organisers do not publish how many tickets each tier has, so you cannot compute the odds. With the three shows:
- Lovers & Gangsters, 2,000 → 2,500 baht (+500): hi-touch in place of hi-session, plus one ticket in the draw for 500 hand-signed photocards. From 990 to 2,000 (+1,010): you add the hi-session and move up to the B blocks.
- BOSSNOEUL, 4,900 → 8,900 baht (+4,000): two sure benefits (the 1:2 stage photo and a 15-minute soundcheck) and a signed poster, in place of two draws for 40 people. From 2,500 to 4,900 (+2,400): two draws of 40 places each, in place of one draw of 20.
- HYOLOGRAM, 1,499,000 → 1,899,000 dong (+400,000): a sure 1:1 photo, a 40-place fansign draw, photocards 4 of 4 instead of 3, and a sure secret gift instead of a draw. From 999,000 to 1,499,000 (+500,000): meet & greet, soundcheck, group photo 1:5 instead of 1:10 and a specially signed A3 poster for every ticket.
The question to ask at each step: what is the ALL part I truly want, and what is it worth? If the answer is “just to watch them perform”, the lowest tier gives you exactly that. For tiers by seat position see concert ticket tiers.
Frequently asked questions
ALL means every ticket in the tier gets the benefit. Random (N) means only N tickets are chosen by draw, results announced later. A dash means the tier does not get it.
The usual reading is fans : artists in the frame: 1 fan with 2 artists. 4:2 is 4 fans with 2 artists. A group photo 1:10 is 1 artist with 10 fans.
Hi-touch: up on stage to touch hands with the artists, then leave the hall. Hi-session: up on stage to wave hello, no hand contact, by the earlier hi-bye rules, then leave the hall.
The Lovers & Gangsters and BOSSNOEUL tables separate the two: hand-signed (usually by draw or for higher tiers) and digital (every ticket or lower tiers). The collector’s value is very different.
At Lovers & Gangsters, not registering in the 11 AM–4:30 PM window or not being in the hall in time waives the benefit, but you still see the show.
