All Ticket: buying online or at 7-Eleven, and collecting a hard ticket from abroad
All Ticket is the ticketing arm of Counter Service, the bill-payment counters inside Thailand’s 7-Eleven stores. Some big shows sell there, such as Doh Kyung Soo’s (D.O.) DAY OFF tour in Bangkok. For a buyer outside Thailand the big difference is not buying but collecting: many All Ticket shows issue hard tickets.
What All Ticket is
All Ticket belongs to Counter Service, the payment service found in 7-Eleven stores across Thailand. It sells concerts, sport, shows and travel tickets through allticket.com and at Counter Service counters nationwide.
Which means that at an All Ticket sale you compete not only with people at screens but with people standing at a 7-Eleven counter at the on-sale time.
Buying online at allticket.com
- Create the account in advance, with your name as on your passport.
- Give your passport number where the show asks for an ID or passport number per order; whoever collects the hard ticket must hold that same document.
- Read the show’s limit: D.O. Bangkok allows up to 4 per ID or passport per night; another show states 4 per transaction with no repeat purchase.
- A short payment window: one show allows 30 minutes to complete payment through every channel. Have the international card ready before you choose seats.
The booking fee is per ticket and shown at checkout; for D.O. it is 60 baht a ticket.
Hard tickets: where to collect
- At a 7-Eleven with a Counter Service desk in Thailand, as the show instructs.
- At the All Ticket counter at the venue on the day, where the show has one; D.O.’s does.
- Always bring ID in the buyer’s name — a passport for a Vietnamese buyer.
So the ticket must carry the name and passport number of the person collecting it. If you fly in on the day, collect at the venue counter and come hours early. Handling collection while you are still at home: e-tickets and paper tickets.
Before the sale
- The account made and logged in on the device you will use.
- An international card with online and foreign transactions enabled. See why cards get declined.
- Night, tier and quantity decided, within the per-passport limit; a large group has to split the buying.
- An alarm 30 minutes early; Thai time is the same as Vietnam’s.
When to get help
Because a hard ticket must be in the collector’s name, anyone buying for you must book with your own name and passport number; never accept a ticket in someone else’s name. That is how Táo Mèo handles D.O. at Thunder Dome: booked in the customer’s name and passport so they collect it themselves. The show: our DAY OFF Bangkok guide; the venue: our Thunder Dome guide.
