Concerts at Unifi Arena Bukit Jalil — how to get there, parking, doors and what to bring

Unifi Arena sits in the Bukit Jalil sports complex — the same neighbourhood as the National Stadium and Axiata Arena, where most international concerts in Kuala Lumpur happen. Getting there

LRT (recommended): Sri Petaling line to Bukit Jalil station, then follow the crowd and the signs — a few minutes’ walk. After the show, trains are packed for 30–45 minutes.
E-hailing: easy in, hard out — demand spikes and fares surge the moment the show ends. Set a pickup point away from the gates, or walk to the station.
Driving: paid parking around the complex, slow to exit after a big show. Arrive early for a spot near the main exit.

Doors and what to bring

Doors usually open 90 minutes to two hours before start; fan-benefit collection (such as the Kampung Kia packages) and merch counters open earlier and queue long.

Bring your ID — some shows check the name on the ticket — and a screenshot of your ticket QR; signal inside a full arena is unreliable. Usually not allowed: professional cameras with interchangeable lenses, umbrellas, bottles and cans, outside food. Check the promoter’s notice for your show.

Reading the seat map

The floor (A and B blocks) sits at the stage, the lower tier (300s) wraps around it with 301–303 facing the stage, and the upper tier (400s) has 401–403 at centre and 404 / 420 at the far ends. Sound is good at upper centre; the end blocks watch at a sharp angle and rely on screens.
