Union Hall, Union Mall: a fanmeeting hall in Lat Phrao with trains to the door

A great many T-pop fanmeetings and fancons in Bangkok happen at Union Hall, the event hall on the 6th floor of the Union Mall shopping centre in Lat Phrao. Unlike the halls at Muang Thong Thani it is in the city, with both the MRT and the BTS beside it. What goes wrong is not the route but the timing: benefit holders usually have to be there from midday.

Where it is

  • Address: Union Mall, 54 Soi Lat Phrao 1, Chom Phon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900.
  • Union Hall is on the 6th floor. Take the lift or escalators up and follow the signs and the queue.
  • The area: right at the Lat Phrao intersection, north of central Bangkok, near Central Ladprao and Chatuchak Park.

By train

  • MRT Blue Line, Phahon Yothin (BL14): exit 5 comes up at Soi Lat Phrao 1 and the mall entrance. This is the route Union Mall recommends.
  • BTS Sukhumvit Line, Ha Yaek Lat Phrao (N9): exit 2, then the walkway over to the MRT side and down to Union Mall.

Per Union Mall’s directions. From Siam, the BTS reaches Ha Yaek Lat Phrao with no change.

Paper tickets and collection

Many Union Hall shows sell on ThaiTicketMajor as paper tickets, collected at a ThaiTicketMajor branch or the venue counter on the day, with the same ID given at purchase — a passport for a Vietnamese buyer. The DEW TEE fancon on 7 and 8 November 2026 is one example: paper tickets, no postal delivery, at most 4 per ID or passport per day — details in our DEW TEE guide.

If you fly in on the day, collect at the venue counter and come early. Handling collection while you are still in Vietnam: e-tickets and paper tickets.

When to arrive

  • Meet-and-greet benefits (hi-touch, group photos, signings): registration and arrival usually start around midday. At the DEW TEE fancon, benefit holders register 11:00–13:00 and enter from 12:00 for a 17:00 show; miss registration and the benefit is lost.
  • Just watching: about 45 minutes before doors.
  • Where to wait: Union Mall’s lower floors have food and seating. Bangkok is hot; do not wait out on the street.

How big it is

Union Hall holds a few thousand, far smaller than an arena such as Impact Arena, which suits fanmeetings: the back is still close to the stage. The layout and zones change per show; the plan that counts is the one on the sales page.

Getting home

Two stations next door are Union Hall’s biggest advantage: a few minutes on foot after the show. The Lat Phrao intersection jams at rush hour and on weekend nights, so a car from the gate is usually slower than the train. If the show ends late, check the last MRT and BTS trains before you go.
