Buying on CTicket: sign-up, the queue, payment and transfers for shows in Vietnam
A growing number of fan meetings in Vietnam sell on CTicket (cticket.vn), such as DreamS Entertainment’s HYOLOGRAM at C30 Hoa Binh on 8 November 2026. It is newer than TicketBox, so few people know how it behaves, until the minute the sale opens, when you get 10 minutes to choose tickets and 5 minutes to pay. This guide gathers what CTicket itself publishes in its help section and on the HYOLOGRAM event page, so your hands know the steps before the queue opens.
What CTicket is and what sells there
CTicket is a Vietnamese online ticketing platform run by Cresta Joint Stock Company (based in Ho Chi Minh City; hotline 1900 636 686 and chat@cticket.vn in the site footer). Its home page lists music, concert, conference, sport and theatre events. For fans the notable ones are DreamS Entertainment’s shows, such as HYOLOGRAM – HYO Mini Fanmeeting 2026.
The HYOLOGRAM event page is blunt: tickets are issued only on CTicket, the official and only online sales channel, and the organiser takes no responsibility for tickets bought anywhere else. Read that as a warning: signs of a ticket scam.
Create the account before the sale
The steps, per CTicket’s help section:
- Go to cticket.vn and press Đăng ký (Sign up). If you opened CTicket from Facebook or another app, CTicket advises choosing “Open in browser” (Safari, Chrome…) so sign-up runs reliably.
- Enter an email, a password and the password again, then continue; or sign up quickly with Continue with Google.
- Press Send code, take the OTP from your email, enter it and continue to finish.
- Fill in your personal details now: anyone who receives a transferred ticket must also have an account with its details filled in (see the transfer section).
Do it the day before. Signing up, waiting for an OTP email and logging in at the minute of the sale is how the most precious seconds disappear.
Three ways to pick tickets: seat, zone, tier
CTicket describes three ways of choosing, and which one a show uses is the organiser’s decision:
- A specific seat: when your turn comes, pick a zone on the plan or from the tier list, then the seat you want and continue.
- A zone: pick a zone on the plan (left of the screen) or a tier name (right), then the number of tickets.
- A tier: pick the tier and the quantity, with no plan.
HYOLOGRAM is an example of the second: every ticket is seated, you choose the zone when buying, and the system assigns seats in order of purchase, so which row you get inside the zone is not yours to pick. The plan and each tier’s benefits are on the show page; how to read the benefits table: reading a fan meeting benefits table.
The queue and two clocks
- For sales with heavy traffic, CTicket puts you in a queue before you can buy. Keep the page as it is; do not reload.
- Per the HYOLOGRAM event page: up to 2 tickets per transaction; 10 minutes to choose tickets each turn; 5 minutes to pay each order. The numbers are set show by show, so read the “notes when buying” of the show you are after.
- One detail CTicket stresses in its guide: seats are held only after you move to the payment step. While you are still choosing, someone else can take the seat; pressing on to payment is what starts your 5 minutes.
Those two clocks are why you prepare your card in advance: 5 minutes is not enough to go and find a card, wait for an OTP and only then discover the limit is too low. The to-do list before an on-sale: getting ready before the on-sale.
Payment, and where the ticket goes
- Choose a payment method and finish within the time allowed; to change method press “Đổi hình thức khác” (Change method). The list of methods is on CTicket’s payment-methods page and can differ between shows.
- After a successful payment the e-ticket is emailed within 5 minutes.
- If no booking code arrives within 24 hours, the HYOLOGRAM event page says to call 1900 636 686. For a re-send, CTicket has a “send the ticket again” function, one click.
- Enter your email exactly: the booking code and the QR code both go there.
Transferring a ticket
Per CTicket’s transfer guide:
- The sender: open the booking history, choose the event, press Transfer, enter the recipient’s CTicket account email, pick the ticket and confirm.
- The recipient: must have a CTicket account with personal details filled in; log in, open the email or notice, and confirm; the system sends a new ticket code to the recipient’s email.
- It cannot be undone: once done, it is done, so check the recipient’s email. Some events limit the number of transfers or do not allow them, per the organiser’s rules.
Do not send a screenshot of the QR code instead of transferring. The HYOLOGRAM event page says that if more than one person uses the same QR code to enter, the organiser admits only the first, and the buyer who arrives second pays for it.
The lines worth reading on the event page
- Age: per the HYOLOGRAM page, each ticket admits one person; children under 10 are not admitted, and 10 to 16-year-olds must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over.
- No refunds, no changes, no edits to tickets in any circumstances: check the tier and the quantity before you press pay.
- ID checks: the organiser may check ID and bags, and may refuse entry without a refund to anyone who does not follow the rules.
- Sale times, ticket limits and the format (seat, zone or tier) differ by show; there is no single rulebook for all of CTicket.
For shows with a crowd of domestic fans, tickets go faster than you think: buying concert tickets in Vietnam. Another domestic platform: the TicketBox guide. The shows on our list: concerts in Vietnam.
