What is proxy booking?

Proxy booking means someone else completes the purchase for you: using an existing platform account, paying with an international card, then handing over the ticket or e-ticket with collection instructions. You do not need to open an international card, register a foreign account, or work through a checkout in a language you cannot read.

When do you need proxy booking?

You have no international payment card, or yours keeps getting declined.
The platform requires a local phone number or national ID.
The checkout only exists in Thai, Korean or Japanese.
The platform blocks Vietnamese IPs or foreign-issued cards.
You want someone to double-check the details before payment goes through.

Concert tickets in Thailand: Concerts, fanmeetings and fancons in Bangkok — ThaiTicketMajor and Ticketmelon, the two platforms we run most often.
Concert tickets in South Korea: K-pop concerts in Seoul — Interpark, Yes24, Melon Ticket. Most require a local account and an international card.
Concert tickets in Japan: Lives, fanmeetings and fandays — many sell by lottery rather than first-come-first-served.
Concert tickets in Singapore: The Southeast Asian leg of international tours, usually on Ticketmaster SG or Sistic.

Are you an official agent?

No. We are not an event organiser, reseller or agent for any ticketing platform. Tickets are bought on each show’s official platform; we only carry out the purchase and payment.

What does it cost?

Face value, platform fees where they apply, and a service fee. All three are quoted before we begin, with nothing added afterwards.

What if you cannot get the ticket?

No ticket, no service fee. We tell you plainly rather than leaving you waiting.
