Tao Meo Ticket’s official channels, and how to spot an impostor page

The official channels

• Website: taomeoticket.com (the only domain). On-sale dates, the booking form, booking confirmations, reviews, guides.
• Facebook page: TAOMEO • Ticketing (ID 61563700473625), where each show’s [BOOKING] notice is posted.
• Messenger: m.me/61563700473625 (the same ID as the page).
• Ticket confirmation album: ticket confirmation album on that same page.
• Email: support@taomeoticket.com.
• Website chat: the chat in the corner of taomeoticket.com.

Before you pay

• Start from the website. Use the “Message us” button on taomeoticket.com rather than searching the name on Facebook: it always opens the official Messenger.
• Compare the page ID. The real page has 61563700473625 in its address. A fake can copy the name, picture and posts, not the ID.
• Look at the booking confirmations album on the page you are talking to. Fakes rarely have months of it.
• Payment details from an unfamiliar channel: confirm through the official Messenger or support@taomeoticket.com before paying.

If you find a fake

Don’t pay and don’t send personal details. Save the page or account link, tell Tao Meo through the official Messenger or support@taomeoticket.com, and report the account to Facebook. Other scam signs: warning signs of concert ticket scams.
